Delivery and return policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the United States, Europe, Mainland France including Corsica, continental islands, overseas departments (including Mayotte), overseas communities with special status, and European Union member states.

Delivery times generally range from 5 to 30 working days.

Please note! Delivery times may vary in cases of force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.).

Products ordered are delivered to the postal address indicated by the Customer on the order form. Products are delivered from Monday to Friday, during office hours, except on national holidays. Items are shipped in sealed packages. Delivery is considered complete when the package is made available to the Customer at the address indicated on the order form.

Delivery is defined as the transfer to the Customer of the physical possession or control of the Product. Unless there are special cases or the unavailability of one or more Products, ordered Products will be delivered in a single shipment.

The Seller is committed to making its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the timeframes mentioned above.

However, these timeframes are provided for informational purposes only. If the Products ordered have not been delivered within 45 days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer's actions, the sale may be canceled at the written request of the Customer under the conditions provided for in articles L 138-2 and L 138-3 of the Consumer Code. The amounts paid by the Customer will then be refunded at the latest within fourteen days following the termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or withholding.

Deliveries are handled by an independent carrier, to the address specified by the Customer when ordering, and where the carrier can easily access.

When the Customer has arranged for their own carrier, delivery is considered complete once the Seller hands over the Products ordered to the carrier who accepts them without reservation. The Customer acknowledges that it is up to the carrier to ensure delivery, and they have no recourse against the Seller in case of delivery failure.

In case of specific requests from the Customer regarding the packaging or transport conditions of the ordered products, duly accepted in writing by the Seller, the associated costs will be invoiced separately, based on a quote previously accepted in writing by the Customer.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. They have seven days from delivery to send by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt any reservations or claims for non-conformity or apparent defect of the delivered Products (e.g., damaged or already opened package), with all relevant supporting documents (photos in particular). After this period, and if these formalities are not observed, the Products will be deemed to comply and free of any apparent defect, and no claim can be validly accepted by the Seller.

The Seller will refund or replace as soon as possible and at their own expense the delivered Products whose conformity defects or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in articles L 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code and those provided in these General Terms of Sale (see warranties, in particular).

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

a) Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, for exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days following the Seller's notification of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow them to be resold as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete Products are not accepted.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the purchased Products and shipping costs are refunded; return costs remain the Customer's responsibility. The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided in this article.

For obvious hygiene reasons: accessories are neither refunded nor exchanged.

Discounted items are neither refunded nor exchanged.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform our customer service of your decision with an unambiguous written declaration.

The withdrawal period is respected if you send your letter informing us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiry of this withdrawal period.

b) Return Request

For obvious hygiene reasons: accessories are neither refunded nor exchanged.

The registration of the return request is mandatory. It is done on the customer account via the following procedure:

  • Order History and Details
  • Order History is displayed: click on the "Order Details" tab concerned by the return.
  • At the bottom of the page, fill in the "Return Merchandise" section.

Once validated by us, it will be up to the customer to return the package to the address indicated on the return slip to print.

Return costs are the customer's responsibility. In case of exchange, we will cover the shipping costs of the new order.

ATTENTION: The return period is 14 days from the receipt of your package. Otherwise, the return will be refused and returned to the sender.
